Fitness at Krav Maga Edinburgh

First session back after the break and did it blow the cobwebs away? It certainly did.
50 metre run then 25 swings of 16kg Kettlebell
x 5
Then 50 metre run then 20 push ups
x 5
For time.

John 9:13
Eugine 9:35

It was real tough for a first session but why take it easy!
Well done guys for putting the effort in.
