Yesterday, I had the privilege of attending the NABBA Mr Scotland Bodybuilding competition. Competing, was one of my good friends David Gale. This was Davids first competition so nerves were running high for him. The amount of dedication and will-power that goes into training and then the dieting is amazing.

I have been friends and a training partner with David for years and he is one of the most humble, passionate and knowledgeable guys I have ever met.
After a long hard day and evening show he was crowned winner of the NABBA Class 1. Not bad for a first timer! So a big congratulations goes out to you.
