Remember guys that everyone needs to bring a towel with them to this class. All will be revealed during the class!
It has nothing to do with fitness so don't be put off (whoever that was that didn't like the push-ups, squats and sit-ups).
Also, if any members have any feedback on the content of the classes that would great. Positive or negative all feedback is welcome.
If people are struggling with the fitness side of the class. I would be more than happy to arrange a night during the week that we could meet at the Meadows or another local park and we could concentrate on some fitness exercises.

Last weeks class was good , ma arms are still sore, lookin forward to the next class, have we got to have boxing gloves next week
ReplyDeleteHey Jodie,
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you enjoyed last weeks class. Gloves are optional but you are only holding your training back by not having the full kit.
Gloves will be needed to grade and to develop your Krav skills further.

Will we need full boxing gloves or will open gloves with a reasonable amount of padding be okay?
ReplyDeleteIt would be better if you bought boxing gloves around the 120z weight. The MMA gloves are good for when it goes to the ground. For sparring though you will need to have 12oz or 14oz gloves.
