Another great turn out last night from the guys! How did you find the class? You know what they say " feedback is the breakfast of champions"! As Marcus said last night we will be away next week training in Norway. Class will be taken by David the Judo guy!! Stand up to ground fighting. It may be a good idea to wear long trousers as there will be a lot of ground work and we dont want those knees skinned.
