Last night saw a great turn-out at the class with lots of new faces. If any new members need any further information regarding Krav or the club please don't hesitate to get in contact.

Please get any kit orders in to Marcus before next weeks class so that he can bring it along with him. Everyone should have a groin guard and gum shield at the very least!
