Last night showed who the real men are! Only a handful showed up after the seminar. I guess the rest of you were licking your wounds. For the guys that turned up we went over some of the techniques we learnt at the seminar. Marcus introduced dealing with chokes "on the move". A very simple technique but very effective I thought. To cap of what was a good night I suggested the "Ring of Death". Poor Johnathon found out what goes around comes around! At one point I thought he and Karol were "making out" on the floor!
