LAST NIGHT AT KRAV MAGA

We warmed up quickly and set straight to work developing our striking tools. From there we looked at defending various attacks with a fast exit and looked at striking while moving backwards. We looked at various straight and circular attacks from hands and feet and then how to defend appropriately. I was encouraging the guys to look at the persons body placement and movement to try and anticipate what the particular attack would be. Marcus
