The class is designed to push the individual not the group. The only thing it costs is your time. However, this is a by product of the training and not something we focus a great deal on. Our principle goal is to keep you safe. We focus a great deal on awareness, prevention and verbal de-escalation. We cant afford to concentrate solely on the physical side of training.
